The Department of Commerce was established in 2010 and has imbibed the tradition of exploring new frontiers of knowledge and innovation in academics. Since then the department is putting efforts in redefining the commerce education and has been providing quality education to the undergraduate students. The department thrive for quality education therefore has qualified and experienced faculty members who have track record of distinct accomplishment and are engaged in continuing education for upskilling themselves. To create a student centric teaching-learning environment our faculties are engaged in outcome-based approaches and classes are converted into smart/IT enabled classrooms. The rapid growth of the Department of Commerce is reflected in its expansion as well as novelty in its academic programmes. We are dedicated to secure and deliver knowledge through teaching, research and extension; and to seek continuous improvement in the quality of education to remain globally competitive.
